  • What:2009 Technology Innovation Challenge – Open to Year 13 students When: Friday 26th June, 9am – 5pm Where: University of Otago, Wellington School of Medicine & Health Sciences, Mein Street, Newtown, Wellington
  • A one day event, hosted by the Department of Information Science, University of Otago
  • Learn about some of the latest technology being researched in the Information Science Department at Otago
  • Compete against teams from other schools to develop innovative ways of using that new technology
  • Pitch your idea to panel of judges from industry and academia Win Prizes! 2008 Judging Panel: Hamish Findlay (Commercialisation Manager, Otago Innovation), Professor Martin Purvis (Head of Information Science Department), Murray Price (South Island Manager, IBM New Zealand Limited), Professor George Benwell (Dean of the School of Business; Pro-Vice- Chancellor of the Division of Commerce), Ryan Priemus (Student Business Coach, Kickstart)
