The English word is the idea o breaking involuntary fast of sleep, thus the meal after awaking There is no better way to start the day than ,with a well balanced breakfast . Choices like porridge with date puree and pistachio ,nuts and soda bread on a fish free ,kedgeree are not only undeniable delicious, they also stand off shakes attack

  4. 4. CONTINENTAL      Lighter Mediterranean breakfast. Also called as European continental. Light snacks meant to tide over until lunch. General contents are coffee, milk , sweet cake varieties, breads, often with jam cream or chocolate filling. Juices and fresh fruits are unavoidable.

Rice being a major staple, contributes the major ingredients.    NORTH Stuffed parathas ,bread with fresh butter curd and pickle. Popular accompaniments are jalabi, halva, sweetened milk. In urban areas, omelet and simple buttered bread are into common usage.
