    Yes, it is an application designed to involve and engage employees in an organisation which increases sense of belongingness and commitment levels.

    Hi Hari,It seems to be very comprehensive & flexible application.One of the best features among others is employees are given free hand to share their new qualifications & other data.That way it interweaves all aspects of employee data on a single,usable platform.

    Planned feature enhancements of EmployWise include support for SSO (single sign-on) and BI capabilities to provide interactive dashboards.

    The EmployWise workflows are very deep and are fairly configurable to support varying business practices across verticals, geographies and company sizes. In most cases best practices are incorporated in the standard workflows. In fact EmployWise is a great way to streamline manual processes with greater efficiency.

    While EmployWise has a well developed training management system it is not what is generally referred to as LMS or Learning Management Systems which broadly focus on management and distribution of on-line learning and content.

    EmployWise is designed to support HR in generating month payroll data for submission and processing either by a payroll subsystem of an ERP or a standalone payroll software or as is increasingly the case, to give to a third-party payroll processor.

    EmployWise has some off-the-shelf upload and data download utilities. Specific integration required with another system like payroll is usually handled as part of the implementation process.

    Can EmployWise provides us OnDemand Analytics and OnDemand End-User Support and integrate Employwise applications with other SaaS applications over the Internet as well as with enterprise applications behind the corporate firewall.
