  2. 2. Google Plus is a social media site to connect and share with others. One of the greatest features is Hangout on Air, where you can meet virtually via video, and broadcast it to the world via YouTube.
  3. 3. Log into your Google plus account and hover over Home, and select Hangouts On Air.
  4. 4. A Hangout On Air is broadcasted LIVE on YouTube! You can share the link with others to share a video broadcast to your network. There are MANY different broadcast going at all times, so before you start, scroll down the page to check out what else is currently airing. Using this interface means a free way to share interviews, webinars, and content.
  5. 5. Click Start a Hangout On Air to get started in the setup process. This will open a new video or prompt you to allow the “Hangout” software to access your computer.
  6. 6. Select a title for the hangout. This will be the title for the video on YouTube. If you wish to have others on camera with you for the broadcast, say for an interview, invite them in the section below the title. When you complete this information, Click Start Hangout on Air.
  7. 7. Prepare yourself for you live broadcast, get your notes ready…. Click Start Broadcast in the upper right hand corner when you are ready to go LIVE! When you are done with your broadcast, Click End Broadcast.
