Every mark left by pencil may not be of value and may contain enormous amount of wastes Its the right application of eraser that removes waste and not the colour or size or shape Same or Different Persons write on different pages thus requiring a BIG picture understanding of which mark(s) to erase and how to add/remove/rearrange the pages after doing the required erasing for achieving desired purpose Certain pencils will always write in certain ways and thus person managing the pencil(s) and eraser(s) should also relook at resharpening ,retaining and reallocating pencil(s) and eraser(s) An outside consultant could be asked to guide on management of the erasing process guiding leadership especially when current way of managing the pencil(s), eraser(s) and mark(s) is /are not showing the intended results
