Presentation to the WorkPlace Trends Conference 2013 in London by Ian Clarke, Board Level Interim | Advisor | Consultant and Arctic Explorer
During his presentation Ian will talk about what it takes to prepare for and then undertake unsupported expeditions in some of the most remote and beautiful parts of the planet: in an environment where everything you need to live, thrive and survive has to be both procured and prepared before you take your first step on the ground. In the world of business, a failure to plan can be terminal for the project, in the world of expeditions, a failure to plan can just be terminal!
