    • When someone makes a text, an advert or leaflet or magazine cover, they design it according to the conventions of that text e.g layout conventions, image conventions.

    • Each of those conventions has a set (or paradigm) of possibilities which are suitable for that genre or type of text.
    Which one of these images would not be suitable for a woman’s magazine cover? Why? So these two images would not be a paradigm for magazine covers
