As
mandated

the
Elsie
Compliance
Act

the
Act
requires
the
City
of
Miniland
(The
City)
to
establish
a
Charter
Commission
as
well
also

apply
a
Charter
for
the
City
by
2010.
The
Charter
Commission
will
need
to
be
elected
by
the
Inhabitants
of
the
City
by
May
2010.
If
this
Article
is
passed,
the
City
will
have
a
separate
Special
Election
within
180
days
after
this
election.
If
this
Article
does
NOT
get
passed,
the
City
will
have
a
tax
impact
in
potential
legal
fess
and
fines
form
the
State
of
Minibrick
Division
or
Revenue,
the
Secretary
of
the
State
and
the
Attorney
General’s
Office.
