  4. 4. What are three fundamental errors that can result in project failure on the employer’s behalf? • Don’t reply to the contractor’s query too late. • Don’t change your designs frequently. • Don’t be late in payments.
  5. 5. What are three fundamental errors that can result in project failure on the freelancer’s behalf? • No initial understanding of client’s needs/requirements. • Little or no communication • Working on technology which he is not trained for.
  6. 6. What project related details should an employer provide to successfully complete the project? • Employer must give the contractor some idea of what he wants the site to look like e.g. a sample of similar website or Photoshop PSD file.
  7. 7. An employer should not post a project in this area if he has not considered what three fundamental questions?  • Are there enough skilled workers available? (That if one is not  able to do it, there will be others to complete the work) • Is it cost benefit? • Is the deadline critical?
