    • Steve Davis Taleo
    • Johnny and the Keyboard Shortcuts
      • One day Johnny recorded a Proficiency topic logged in as a real user.
      • He must remove the area showing the real User Name in each frame,
      • using the “Edit Screenshot” function in Taleo Proficiency Developer.
      • Let’s review how Johnny performed these edits…
    • Little Johnny and Keyboard Shortcuts The entire topic was recorded while logged in as the real user Paul Stern.
    • Little Johnny and Keyboard Shortcuts This topic has many frames, and all require correction.
    • Little Johnny and Keyboard Shortcuts
      • Johnny is removing the line showing the User Name by:
      2. Copying a blank area of the top toolbar Then Johnny saves the entire “patched” toolbar to the clipboard: And moves to the next frame to repeat this process… 3. Pasting blank area over name (a ‘patch’) 1. Launching Screenshot Editing mode (Paint)
    • Little Johnny and Keyboard Shortcuts
      • All of a sudden Johnny’s mouse stops working!
      • How can he continue to “patch” each screenshot in the topic?
        • He must use only his keyboard to:
        • launch Screenshot Editing for a frame
        • make the appropriate graphic edit
        • terminate Screenshot Editing
        • navigate between frames
        • make this edit on all screens
    • Little Johnny and Keyboard Shortcuts
