What a difference a decade makes!

In 2002, speaker Steve Weissman published a groundbreaking study on the hot-button subject of Enterprise Interoperability, which he defined as “getting stuff to work together” and is still an issue today – albeit one with a number of solutions now taking hold.

In 2012, all eyes are on Social Business Collaboration, which he defines as “getting people to work better, and work better together” – a dramatic change in attention that is catalyzing a seismic shift in organizational behavior and technology acquisition.

This presentation paints a picture of the Brave New World SoBiz is creating and recommends strategies first for coping with it, and then embracing it as your own.
