Identify All Innovations• Create Innovations– Brainstorming sessions (individual sessions orsmall group settings (3-6 people))– Problem solving exercises – present aparticular problem and look for:• The underlying cause of the problem• Multiple solutions to resolve or at least minimizethe problem• Determine how others solve similar problems
