Inspired by Italian Murano glass, Murano Condominium is a complex of 2 towers rising from a 2-story podium featuring recreational amenities above retail shopping. With the 35-story North Tower and the 45-story South Tower with each suite having exciting city and/or lake views from expansive windows and a spacious balcony or terraces. The lobby features a collection of imported Venetian glass sculptures.


Murano37 Grosvenor Street - 38 Grenville Street

A two tower glass encased complex with 35 and 45 stories respectively, Murano is located on the east side of Bay Street between Grenville and Grosvenor. The intricate glass design portrays the artistry of the island of Murano. Barbara Astman, an internationally renowned artist, was commissioned to create the artwork which will be embedded within the podium curtainwall.

Peter designed thestunning glass-sheathed, twin tower project and carefully crafted the Afternoon serenade at the Florian, one of Venice’s twoexterior form to showcase the clean lines, extraordinary symmetry and famous and elegant 18th century coffee housesprecise detail for which his architecture is so famous. The building was brilliant in form but required personality and life - animage and theme which would extend to each facet of its design and amenities. Mark Mandelbaum and Barry Fenton, founders of Lanterra Develop-ments, developers of the project, teamed up with the knowledgeable mosaics of griffins, peacocks and eagles, and renowned centre since themarketing and creative team of Joe Latobesi and Andy DeSantis of 13th century for the ancient and secret art of Venetian glass.
