He has been involved with land development and land use planning for over 30 years, with experience both in the public and private sectors. Andrew Pawlaczek is the Construction Manager for Great Lands. He has decades of construction experience for all types of commercial, industrial and residential development, including many high rise residential buildings. Paul Northgrave of Northgrave Architect heads up the Project Consulting Team. After eight years as Chief Residential Architect at Cadillac Fairview, he started his own architectural firm in 1981 and has won numerous awards for both his residential and commercial projects. Penny Peltier is the Broker of Record for Great Land Global Realty and has been working with the Great Lands Team since 2007.
