The Massey Tower, a 60-storey, 698-unit building he’s proposing for 197 Yonge St.

The project, which incorporates the century-old Bank of Commerce building, will be built on what the president of MOD Developments describes as a “postage-stamp site.”

The MASSEY TOWER condos will be located at 197 Yonge Street at Yonge and Queen, right across The Eaton Centre in downtown Toronto. The MASSEY TOWER condos is developed by MOD Developments. MOD Developments was founded in 2009 by the former head of Great Gulf Homes. MOD's first development, FIVE Condos at St. Joseph, won four top 2011 BILD Awards, including the prestigious Project of the Year and Highrise Design of the Year awards.
