Varacalli Architect Inc. The E Condos will feature underground connections to Eglinton Subway Station and the future Scarborough LRT and the Yong-Eglinton Centre.

The two towers, 65-storey and 45-storey in this development, will be built around a public square and include street-level retail. E Condos will include 20- and 30-foot-high ceilings in the lobbies and a 24-hour concierge; plus most unique feature — cantilevered pool decks that project out from the towers. The south tower's pool deck is the white portion halfway up, and the north tower's is the red section at penthouse level. These decks will also include "E-Sky Lounges" that provide lounge and chill-out areas offering pretty cool views of the city.

In addition to the cantilevered pools, each tower will include a floor devoted exclusively to amenities such as a gym, party and games rooms, tech lounges and dining areas designed by Mike Niven Interior Design.
