  • 12. Our Advice: Do NOT trust unverifiable MLS data without asking questions, OR having your own actual knowledge of reported results!
  • 13. Our Conclusion: While not ALL dual agency business in the MLS is reported incorrectly, enough IS that we do not want offenders to benefit from erroneous data.
  • 14. Our Solution: We report agent-level buyer transactions as either “Co-Op” or “Double End.” We report Total Sides transactions as “Minimum” or “Maximum.”
