  • I am Stephen Hilton, Connecting Bristol, which is BCC’s Digital Partnership Thank you for inviting Bristol to make this presentation on such an important issue Since the programme for this event was agreed, Bristol has a new Council Leader and Cabinet. The Leader is committed to this agenda, as are all of Bristol’s elected members. She has asked me to send her apologies and to make this presentation on her behalf. Today I would like to tell you about Bristol and some of our projects that focus on ICT and reducing environmental impact.
