This project is from a Fall 2010 course at Woodbury University focusing on learning REVIT.

Professor Mark Owen gave us a former project from his office, a home is Pacoima that wanted to increase their square footage with limited demolition to the original home. The added twist to the project is that the client wished to be able to convert their added space to a rentable unit, without the building department knowing about it.
