    7. HORSE & SOUL – Natural Leaders • Leadership Problems in teams, project groups or departments frequently are based on the insufficient fulfillment of leadership functions. Despite high functional competencies many leaders are not compelling. Unnecessary dominance or too much compliance result in the damage of trust and respect - the employees do no longer perform as much as they actually could.
    8. HORSE & SOUL – Natural Leaders • Managers In the last few centuries all the managers and leaders were trained by horses. The straight confrontation with the horse requires boldness, self-restraint, proactivity and creativity. The familiar instruments of verbal communication are no longer helpful - name, title or status less than ever.
    9. HORSE & SOUL – Natural Leaders • Body language Being the nonverbal part in communication body language expresses what happens within people. It is always straightforward an can effect just the contrary of what we want to achieve by intellect.
    10. HORSE & SOUL – Natural Leaders • Mirrors Horses read the body language and therefore are instantaneous, objective and clear mirrors. They fight for their place in the hierarchy of the herd and subordinate willingly to those who have reliable characters and leadership skills. Otherwise they do not move a millimeter or cut their own path.

    12. HORSE & SOUL – Natural Leaders • Reduction Our seminar concept is reduced to the practice of leadership. Our horses have the instinctive, natural behaviour that can lead people to their essentials within a very short time. They expect acknowledgement, respect and regard - and give safety and self-confidence. They pick up everybody right where she or he is.
