      • Train-the-trainer process using a Lotus Notes, multi-media training center
    2. MyCMS – Checkpoint’s Management System
      • Loaded employee and position core information for 3,925 global employees into MyCMS in February 2009
      • Implemented the MyCMS Learning Center in Lotus Notes during March 2009 for 426 managers and HR employees worldwide
      • Rolled out the Core HR and Performance Management system functions of MyCMS in April 2009 to all 1,712 employees currently participating in the MBO performance program
