6. Online event coverage Senior editor Jason Freed and I covered the opening of Las Vegas’ CityCenterdevelopment—the largest casino-hotel project to open in 2009. The event was newsworthy because it centered around major mixed-use real estate development during a recession. Stories and news broke online in the magazine’s daily e-newsletter and we compiled all stories, interviews and photo galleries on one page. Click images to link to full coverage.

7. Print product launch In 2007, as managing editor of Hotel & Motel Management, I managed the launch of a new, international print magazine from Questex, Luxury Hotelier. I led the editorial team in designing the magazine’s architecture, developing features and departments, determining the scope of coverage and audience, building a marketing and sales plan and building out a two-year editorial calendar. 8. E-newsletters I managed the launch of Hotel & Motel Management’s daily e-newsletter, The Daily, in 2009. Since its inception, circulation has grown to XXX.
