Zesty Lawyer is the first conference day's pitch session participant in the IT pavillion.

Problem -  People don t know whom to ask for help, to whom + how to complain, lawyers too expensive for each single problem. -  Authorities get poorly composed and confusing complaints that lack clarity -  Companies don’t have means to collect real complaints, feedback and are deceived about their performance. 2

Problem value -  US FTC data 2012: -  >1,5 mln consumer related complaints -  Avg. value 2500$, if ½ use lawyers, @250$, and less than 5% of people complain, total market is over $1bn p.a. -  US District and Magistrate courts another 500k claims p.a., lawyers fee $2k, another $1bn -  Et al. 3
  • 4. Our solution -  People answer ~12 qns, get a ready to send complaint in 2 minutes, to get problem solved. Supported by others for max effect. -  A system that allows companies and authorities to receive and to manage clear and concise complaints - Publicly transparent.
