  • 2. Product Purchase Registration and Loyalty Service is provided by Digital Loyalty System. The Service provides: Customer identification and purchase registration Stores purchase information as a digital copy of the receipt in a real time. Retailers receive ability to identify customers, record purchase detail and manage customer benefits Technology DLS service consists of payment cards, payment card machines and cloud processing. DLS system records Customers payment card ID and type of goods purchased. DLS service can be used on mobile devices by installing DLS application.

Merchant Customer Issuer, Acquirer  Identify customers by payment cards and record type of goods they purchase.  Receive information about customers cash and non-cash purchases including type of goods  purchased.  Set up bonus or discount loyalty program based on different parameters.  Target marketing via instant messaging and receipt printing customization based on different factors.  Loyalty rewards as a bonus or discount.  Online membership account with access to digital receipt copies and rewards.  Ability to track non- cash and cash expenses.  Identify and rank customers. Create customer’s profile based on cash and non-cash purchases.  Create loyalty programs based on payment card issuer. These loyalty programs would be funded by the merchant.  Increase acquiring service attraction by providing loyalty service support on credit card machines.  Create additional income for acquirer by providing loyalty service on credit card machine.  Target marketing via instant messaging and receipt printing customization based on different factors.  Increase credit card terminal turnover. Commission charged to Retailers turnover using Service Commission charged to Customers benefits Business model

Current status A business that uses DLS platform is created and successfully runs 2012 Index: Turnover $ 115 000 ths. Over 300 Partners Over 280 000 Customers (Cardholders) Revenue over $ 1 000 ths. Doubled growth rate in 2011-2012 Investment Considerations The volume of investments - $ 1 600 ths. Conditions: A minority investor with 10% share in company A key condition is a support and competence of the investor in the project development.
