  • 1. DropboxSIGN UP FOR DROPBOX AND SET UP YOUR DESKTOPFOLDER.
  • 2. Step 1Fill out the form to create your Dropbox account. Check the box toagree to Dropboxs terms and conditions. Click "Sign up" to createyour account.
  • 3. Step 2Click "Run" to begin the download.
  • 4. Step 3Allow the download to complete.
  • 5. Step 4Click "Run" to begin the installation.
  • 6. Step 5Click "Install".
  • 7. Step 6Allow the installation to complete.
  • 8. Step 7Indicate that you already have a Dropbox account. Then click "Next".
  • 9. Step 8Log in using the Dropbox account information you created in Step 1.
  • 10. Step 9Click "Next".
  • 11. Step 10Click "Next".
  • 12. Step 11Your Dropbox is a special folder on your computer. Simply drop filesinto your Dropbox and they instantly appear on all of your othercomputers and devices. Now click "Next".
  • 13. Step 12If you need to access your files from someone elses computer, simplylog in to www.dropbox.com. You can view, download, and uploadyour files securely from any web browser. Now click "Next".
  • 14. Step 13A green arrow on the screen shows the location of the Dropbox notification areaicon. Click the icon to quickly open your Dropbox folder, access the Dropboxwebsite, find help and information, and change your Dropbox preferences. Nowclick "Next".
  • 15. Step 14You can share any folder in your Dropbox with friends or colleagueseven if they use a different operating system than you. Now click"Next".
  • 16. Step 15Click "Finish".
  • 17. Step 16This is your Dropbox folder. There is also a Dropbox icon on yourdesktop.
