  7. 7. Enter the name of your organization and your title. Try to keep theorganization name short. Your URL will look like this:www.stadiumroar.com/YOURORGANIZATIONNAME 7

Admin View vs. Public View ADMIN PUBLICWhen you log into your site as an When people visit your site in theadmin, you have a different view than public view, they will be able to viewpeople who visit your site in the public and access all information, but willview; your view contains add and edit not see add and edit iconsicons, which allow you to updateinformation 10
  11. 11. To spread your site to people, all you need to do isprovide your StadiumRoar website’s public link to them www.stadiumroar.com/yoursitename People simply need to visit this link from any computer. That’s it. 11

  15. 15. Your Site’s Header There are two options in the header, ADD LOGO and CUSTOMIZE YOUR SITE’s COLORS; the first lets you upload your organization’s logo into the header and the second lets you customize the colors of your site 15
  16. 16. Add Logo Upload an image file from your computer and it will replace the StadiumRoar logo inside the rectangular box Try to select an image that has similar proportions to the rectangular box (wider than tall) so the image fits neatly inside 16
  17. 17. Customize Your Site’s Colors You can customize colors in two different areas 17

  19. 19. Contact InformationUnder your header, you will notice a large areawhere you can enter your organization’s generalcontact information 19
  20. 20. Your Site’s TabsUnder the contact information area, you’llnotice your site’s tabs Your site comes pre-loaded with 12 different tabs; feel free to use as many or as few of the tabs as you need 20
  21. 21. There are four sections within the Hometab; Management, Description,Registration and Announcements 21
  22. 22. Management You can add the names and contact information of other organization managers here If you would like, you can even make other managers “admins” of your site, which will give them access to add and edit information just like you 22
  23. 23. Description Here, you can add a brief description of your organization and some instructions for visitors of your site You can edit the Description content at any time 23
  24. 24. RegistrationWithin the Registration section, you can conduct online registrationfor any programs your organization offers. For more details aboutthis section, please read the StadiumRoar User Guide for OnlineRegistration; this is a completely separate guide. 24

AnnouncementsThe Announcements section lets you post announcements forwebsite visitors to see; this is a perfect place to include weatherupdates, game changes, last-minute notices, etc The most recent announcement is posted on the Home screen, and all other announcements, in addition to attached files and comments, can be viewed by clicking this buttonIf people choose, they can receive email alerts when new announcements areposted…click this button to learn more 25

  58. 58. Step 1 – Add SeasonAdd a season in the seasons tab (include team name andseason name). If you see the team’s sport in the SPORT tabthen it means you can keep stats for that team. If not, itmeans you can keep track of scores for the team, but notstats. 58
  59. 59. Step 2 – Add PlayersIf stats are offered for a team, then add its players next. Ifstats are not offered, you can skip this step. 59
  60. 60. Step 3 – Add Opponents and Scores As games are played, add opponents in the VS column and results in the RESULT column 60
  61. 61. Step 4 – Go to Stats If stats are offered for the team’s sport, then click the GO link next to a game to add game stats 61
  62. 62. Step 5 – Add StatsAdd individual game stats for each player – you can do this yourself,or give players the option to add their own stats 62
  63. 63. Stat Input Setting At the bottom of the GAME SCORES AND STATS area, you will see a Stat Input Setting area, which lets you decide if players can update their own stats or if only site admins can do so 63
