  2. 2. Kosciuszko <ul><li>The Kosciuszko National Park is one of the World’s great National Parks. </li></ul>
  3. 3. Kosciuszko <ul><li>It is the largest National Park in New South Wales. </li></ul><ul><li>Kosciuszko is 675,000 hectares which is bigger than Tasmania. </li></ul>
  4. 4. Kosciuszko <ul><li>Canberra is the nearest capital city. It is 3 hours drive from here. </li></ul><ul><li>The features of the park are camping, picnic areas, swimming, walking tracks, horse riding, canoeing, fishing, snow skiing and caves. </li></ul>
  5. 5. Kosciuszko <ul><li>It costs $27 per car for entry to the park. </li></ul><ul><li>Between 2 and 3 million people visit the park each year. </li></ul>
  6. 6. Kosciuszko <ul><li>In winter the snow season impacts the park the most. </li></ul><ul><li>The park is managed by park rangers and field officers. </li></ul>
