He has spearheaded leasing at buildings and served many national clients. William Shelby – Mr. Shelby has focused on marketing downtown Columbus office properties on behalf of their respective owners. Buyers should make sure that when they contract to buy a property; the contract contains adequate time (usually 30 to 180 days, depending upon the property) for them to do all necessary mechanical, electrical, structural, and environmental inspections and to review any available maintenance logs.
