The Solution
Century 21 selected the Udemy for
Business platform to launch two new
proprietary courses to educate its
brokers, managers and agents. Udemy

Century 21 to create its own content
to integrate into its current learning

The first course was built for brokers
and managers, training affiliates in a
systematic approach to attract talent
and retain independent contractor
agents. Using Udemy’s platform,
Century 21 brokers and managers
engage in a 9-week blended self-paced
and coached program, where they are

21 community and learn how to work
together in a convenient self-study
environment. But unlike traditional

The second course, a multi-session
4-week program, focuses on new agent
