- Slide 1: Getting Organized For The Playa A Visual Quick Guide
- Slide 2: “ To be prepared is half the victory. ~ Miguel de Cervantes Saavedra
- Slide 4: Camp Equipment Flashlights, batteries, dust masks, t.p., locks for bikes, hold-down straps, space blankets, blinky lights, ropes & cord, tent stakes, garbage bags, flagging tape, bungie cords, and zip ties.
- Slide 8: Kitchen Equipment Spatulas, kitchen sheers, chopsticks, lighter, butane, knives, serving spoons, can opener, one-cup drip coffeemaker, measuring cups, matches, teapot, sierra cups, cleaning supplies, pots, cups, plates, reusable plastic silverware.
- Slide 12: Tools Shown are my playa-only tools. I add several screwdrivers from my workshop and any special tools I might need for projects that year.
- Slide 17: Clothes I use the same type of three drawer organizers to hold clothes as the kitchen and camping gear. I have a large duffel bag for travel clothes. I try to have at least one clean, dust-free, set of clothes to wear on the trip home after I clean up.
- Slide 18: Food I use plastic file boxes for food. Usually three boxes, roughly organized into breakfast, lunch, and dinner. If I'm going to be camping on the way to Burning Man, I have a box (easily accessible) for “Road Food”, coffee, and snacks.
