September 2011 .Ziele, die wir mit der Nutzung von Social Media verbinden   Innovation fördern   Zeit für die e-Mail Bearbeitung minimieren   Neuen Mitarbeitern die Einarbeitung erleichtern und sie schneller produktiv arbeiten lassen   Gleichartige Nutzung der Werkzeuge durch alle Mitarbeiter   Unabhängig vom Standort teilhaben an der internen Diskussion 7Projektverlauf   Mitarbeiter bei GIS sind gewohnt, dass wir neue Technologie erproben   Um so wichtiger ist es aber, das Testen vom Produktiveinsatz zu differenzieren   Es gab einen eindeutigen Startzeitpunkt zur Nutzung von Web 2.0 Tools: o  GIS KickOff 2009 o  Ablösung eines liebgewonnenen Tools “Schwarzes Brett” als Lotus Notes Datenbank durch ein Wiki §  Replikation versus Online   Richtig Schwung kam in das Projekt, als wir interne contenthaltige Mails untersagt haben…. o  Das ist greifbar o  Nur noch persönliche Mails sind erlaubt 8Key Focus Areas Collaboration Knowledge (internal, Management / globally, Transfer external) Innovation System Search Acceptance Integration 9 3

September 2011 .Team 13Wiki zur Zusammenarbeit mit Partnern und Kunden 14Ergebnisse  Die Mitarbeiter vertrauen auf zentrale Plattformen   Man darf bei uns sagen: “das steht im Wiki”   Informationen im persönlichen Umfeld nehmen ab   Langsam reift die Erkenntnis, dass Ablage allein auch nicht ausreicht o  Es wird mehr an weiterlebenden Dokumenten gearbeitet o  Es wird sich mehr Zeit gelassen bei der Verarbeitung von eingehenden Informationen o  Kommentare nehmen zu  Neue Mitarbeiter können wir sehr viel schneller als früher arbeitsfähig machen   Mitarbeiter empfinden unsere Arbeitsplätze als modern   Aber wir sind noch nicht am Ende… 15 5

IBMs Social Network Platform ist auch unsere Plattform Die privaten Tools Die geschäftliche Plattform Schutz des intelektuellen Kapitals einer Firma steht hier eindeutig im VordergrungGute Ideen von hier werden schnell adaptiert 16 Guideline 17 Begleitaspekte   Positive Aspekte   Kritische Aspekte o  Mitarbeiter finden sich o  Training kommt manchmal schnell zurecht zu kurz o  Mitarbeiter empfinden einen o  Auch wir merken die Kommentar vom “Chef” als “Alterspyramide”; man sehr motivierend kann es aber nicht o  Wir kommen weiterhin mit generalisieren einer flachen Hierachie im o  Grenze zwischen privat & Unternehmen gut zurecht geschäftlich verschwimmt o  Vorleben ist wichtig immer mehr o  Mitarbeiter lieben o  Wir waren manchmal noch Integration; z.B. zu fix mit der Bereitstellung übergreifende Suche neuer Werkzeuge o  Die Arbeitsweise “steckt an” und überträgt sich auf unsere Kunden 18 6
