  • PermalinksWe change the permalinksfor 2 main reasons:1. It makes the web address for memorable.2. It provide more information to the search engines about the page.
  • TrackbacksA Trackback is a method in whichthe website owner is notified whensomeone links to their site.

  • WWW vs Non-WWWwww. is actually a subdomain.Usually if you type in one orthe other you will still end upat the same website.
  • WWW vs Non-WWWNeed to pick one and stick with itDo not split up the link juice.

  • CategoriesKeep the name simpleand descriptiveKeep slug to one ortwo words

  • Subscribe to Comments PluginAdds the option for someone to benotified of any replies to the commentsmade on a particular post
  • Search Meter PluginAllows you to track any of the termsand phrases that have been enteredinto the search box on your website.
  • Comment Redirection PluginWhen someone leaves a commenton a post for the first time, they areredirected to a new page.
  • Google Analytics for WordPressThis plugin allows you to easilyadd Google Analytics to your blog& track specific statistics & trafficto your site.

  • Write the PostWrite the post as you normallywould. (Include a thought provokingcomment or question at the end).Publish your post.
