  • The problem is that we often separate the two responsibilities Drucker is talking about. It seems hard to find a way to find the right balance between the two, and a business model which includes both of them without ignoring one of them.

What do we do differently from other corporate volunteering organisations?<br />Our approach is cross-disciplinary – the diversity of participants lead to a broader approach to the problem solving.<br />We use the principles of social entrepreneurship, i.e. innovative solutions to solving social problems. The volunteer work involved is more entrepreneurial than organisational.<br />It is not the organisation, which seeks the volunteers, that decides what the volunteer does, but the organisation together with the volunteers. Stakeholders co-create their future.<br />Our volunteers gain skills in creative and complex problem solving, entrepreneurial thinking and how to take a meta-perspectives on issues.
