          • go to a 12 Step Meeting at 111 Street Name which are at 7am, noon, or 7pm
          • go for a 15 min run
      • What emotion triggers you?
        • What will you do when this happens?
          • be specific

    • Thinking Error Example:
      • when I blame others for my addiction,
        • I will
          • call Kim, my sponsor, at 555-555-5555
          • journal for an hour
          • volunteer at the downtown soup kitchen
      • What thinking errors triggers you?
        • What will you do when this happens?
          • be specific

      • On my Birthday,
        • I will
          • paint ceramics with my niece, June, at the Clay Pot Ceramics Store
          • go to a 12 Step Meeting at 7 pm at 111 Street Name
          • I will invite Abe, Ben, Cindy, and David, friends in recovery, to go to dinner with me
