      Suffolk grew more than 32 percent in the last 10 years; the fastest growing city in Hampton Roads, and one of the fastest in Virginia.
      Northern Suffolk and Harbour View location grew 8,000 residents in that time.
      Suffolk’s median household income rose by 55 percent, more than any other city or county in Virginia.
      Suffolk’s 2009 income figure of $63,657 edged out median incomes in Va. Beach by $280 and now has the highest median income in Hampton Roads!
      Suffolk had the largest increase of “large homes”
      of any municipality in the state in the last 10 years.
