    • Increases traffic to trade show displays
    • Increase Brand Awareness
  • 3. What You Need…
    • An ample amount of time to promote your display systems prior to the event
    • Your current customers’ contact information
    • Direct mailers
    • A computer or smart phone
    • Promotional items
  • 4. Give Yourself Enough Time
    • A month prior to the convention is plenty of time to begin promoting your portable display .
    • This gives your target audience time to plan on attending the event.
  • 5. Have a List of Your Customer’s Info
    • Your loyal customers deserve to know about your trade show exhibit at the upcoming show, so send out direct mail pieces informing them of the event.
    • In this mailer, let them know they will get a free gift or special coupon only at your display booth.
  • 6. A Computer or Smart Phone
    • Before the show, post details of your booth display on your social media networks (Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
    • This is a great and inexpensive way to reach out to a larger audience.
    • Also, while you are at the event, continue posting pictures of yours and other trade show booths , blogs, and anything else you want your followers to know

    • It doesn’t have to be expensive, but the right trade show booth giveaways will cause attendees to remember you long after the show.
