CONTEXT: Growing need for products and services closer to theneeds and environment of the end-user/citizen. Connecting allcreative forces in Ghent is a challenge.
PROBLEM: Lots of people and stakeholders in Ghent have ideas.Good ideas. Ideas they boast of at twitter, facebook, onlinenewspaper forums. But it are great however stand-alone ideas. Sothey disappear in the fog of the world wide web.
STRATEGY: Bring people and creative digital forces together andASK THEM what method would be useful and what topics shouldbe addressed.
SOLUTION: The Ghent Living Lab. A network of citizens, localdigital agencies and (digital) creative forces, researchers and thelocal government. Using a brand new and interactive website ascommunity management tool.
