About The Columbia Association has been organizing international exchanges for high school students and adults for over 30 years. Multicultural programs celebrating the diversity and richness of international cultures in Columbia and Howard County have been held over the years, including Tertulias, Continental Cafe and Culture Cafes. Applications for the July 2010 summer high school exchange program to Cergy-Pontoise, France and Tres Cantos, Spain will be accepted until Feb. 19th.
