Job Description:
   1. Trail blaze new High School markets to include: Traditional, Vocational, Private
   2. Build and maintain relationships with High School Instructors, Counselors, and
       Administration
   3. Book High School Presentations (Success Fundamentals)
   4. Present Baran Scripted High School Lecture
   5. Generate Leads from Hs Presentation and personally developed of territory
   6. Set In home appointments via phone from leads generated
   7. Conduct 4-7 in-home appointments per week with qualified candidates
   8. Close 2-4 enrollments per week
   9. Strong Follow-up with applicants and parents to ensure start rate of 50% or better
   10. Ability to assemble, and execute bus trips to CT
   11. Submit Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reports Accurately and Timely
   12. Attend Training minimum of 4 times per year
   13. Willing to travel up to 150 miles in territory from home office
   14. Work well in a goal driven environment

Requirements:

   1. Associates Degree or Equivalent Experience
   2. Trade or Technical experience preferred but not required
   3. Excellent Communication Skills
   4. Tenacious sales minded approach
   5. Previous Sales / Work from Home Office Experience
   6. Able to work a flexible schedule to include nights weekends and holidays
   7. Reliable transportation
   8. Great Time Management Skills
   9. Ability to be creative to get results
   10. Ability to take responsibility for territory development
   11. Tenacious follow-up skill to complete sale
   12. Computer skills to include MS Office products, Email
   13. Ability to maintain Internet access
   14. Travel from home overnight 6 times a year
