Successful recruitment is not solely based around a persons ability to do a job,
it’s as much about their desire to do it.
 Obtain a thorough briefing, meeting all key stakeholders.
 Appropriate candidate attraction methods are utilised.
 Given that fees are paid on results we meet all potential candidates where
practically possible.
 We use standard human resource interview techniques; biographical, competency
and behavioural based questioning to identify fit.
 We drill down to understand candidate career drivers. The length of employment
will be reduced if the role hasn’t got a suitable fit with a candidate’s own career
objectives.
Recruitment Process
 We use our knowledge of a client’s business to promote the opportunity to the
candidate.
 We discuss suitable candidates with clients, we DO NOT ‘send paper’.
 We take and give detailed candidate and client interview feedback.
 We are accredited to Thomas International personality profiling.
 We manage the offer process.
 If requested we take references on our client’s behalf
