    • Cereals have CARBOHYDRATES that give energy to our body.

    • Milk and dairy products give us CALCIUM, which is essential to the growth of our bones.

    • Our body also need some SUGAR AND FAT, but not in big amounts.
  • Each group of food is necessary for the correct growth and health of our body… but not in the same amount.
