  • Acceptance or rejection of our body only carries weight in our own mind, and our perception has no bearing on how our body actually looks, so why not choose the ease of acceptance rather than the pain of rejection? The choice isours.
  • Each day in the school of life you will be presented with all the lessons that you specifically need to learn, whether you choose to learn them or not is entirely up to you. See these lessons as gifts, or guides along your path toward living as your authentic self.
  • Growth is a process of experimentation, a series of trials, errors, victories and setbacks. The failed experiments are as much a part of the process as the experiments that work. Without lessons, it is difficult to convert mistakes into valuable learning opportunities
  • Lessons will be repeated to you in various forms until you have learned them. When you have learned them, you can then go on to the next lesson.
  • Your journey on earth is constantly unfolding, and while your wisdom grows and your capacity to deal with challenges expands, new lessons will present themselves. Lessons will be around as long as you live.
  • This rule encourages you to live fully in the present. When your 'there' has become a 'here', you will simply obtain a there that will look better to you than your present here. Live in the 'here and now'. Avoid the continuous cycle of longing.
  • You cannot love or hate something about another person unless it reflects something you love or hate about yourself. See the qualities that you admire in others as characteristics that you have already embraced in yourself, allow them to illuminate more clearly your own feelings of self-worth.
  • You have all the tools and resources you need. Whatyou do with them is up to you.
  • All you need to do is look, listen and trust. Many answers to life's problems are available by trusting your intuition and listening to the 'little voices‘ in your head.
  • Create ways to find your way back to your truth when you forget. Surround yourself with people who know your personal truth and are familiar with your authentic self. They can help keep you rooted.

  • Your subconscious never takes a break.  It is always on, always there for you.  The only thing about your subconscious is it cannot recognize negatives. Take note of all of your thoughts and make an effort to change them into more positive statements.  Instead of, “I don’t want to be lonely,’ you might say, ‘I am with my soul mate.’  Make it a positive statement and make it as if it already exists. When you consistently speak positive affirmations and think in a positive manner, your subconscious catches on.  Even in your sleep, your subconscious will be working out positive outcomes in your life
  • Visualizing allows your mind to get a clear picture of exactly what it is you are asking for.  See your dream in detail.  Use color, sound, movement, smell, and textures to make your dream feel real even before you see it in the physical realm. Meditate on this image every chance you get.  Get it firmly embedded in your whole being.  That way, when your dream comes true, you will recognize it!
  • Stay alert to nipping negative thoughts and feelings in the bud as it pertains to your desired outcome.Always be ready to detect negativity and turn it around to the positive side. However, do not become obsessed with seeking out the negative.  That could have some very unwanted results.
  • This is sometimes the most difficult part of using the secret law of attraction.  You must be open to the way the universe fulfills your request.  It may come from a totally different direction that you thought it would.  However, it does not really matter how or from which direction, all that matters is that you will be experiencing the life you have always wanted.
  • Keep your dreams alive. Understand to achieve anything requires faith and belief in yourself, vision, hard work, determination, and dedication. Remember all things are possible for those who believe.
  • Be grateful for all the good things you receive.  A grateful heart and mind adds strength to the magnetof the law of attraction.  A grateful heart will also keep your mind on the positive events in your life. You will begin to notice that the cycle of good that is flowing through to you is limitless. 
  • Inner peace is the transcendent feeling of fulfillment and personal well-being which comes whenever a person is living their life in conformity with their inner core values. The simple concept of making sure your daily activities reflect your deepest core values lies at the very heart of effective time and life management.
  • Your governing values are the foundation of personal fulfillmentA set of governing values are the clearest answers you personally can give to those two questions: 1. What are my highest priorities in life? 2. Of these priorities, what do I value the most? One way to identify your personal values is to write a prioritized list of your governing values with a brief sentence or paragraph describing what each value means to you personally.
  • Your governing values are the foundation of personal fulfillmentA set of governing values are the clearest answers you personally can give to those two questions: 1. What are my highest priorities in life? 2. Of these priorities, what do I value the most? One way to identify your personal values is to write a prioritized list of your governing values with a brief sentence or paragraph describing what each value means to you personally.
  • Specific, measurable and realistic goals are the bridge between your governing values and your daily activities. In most situations, present failure is not the end of the world, and you have the opportunity to come back again next time smarter and better prepared to succeed. Nothing can stop a determined soul.
  • If you will just take 10- to 15-minutes every day to plan your day, everyone you know will be amazed at how much you are able to achieve with your life. However, these embellishments are simply enhancers, and the greatest single gain in productivity will come from starting to plan your day each day regardless of the exact accessories used.
  • Your self-esteem must ultimately come from withinEveryone eventually reaches the point in life where they feel responsible for themselves. At that point, every person is responsible for whatever they have written on their own personal belief Window. To set ideals permanently in our minds and then refuse to compromise them and instead work steadily towards accomplishing our values.
  • Give more and you’ll have moreOne of the great paradoxes of life is that the more you share your talents and resources with other people, the more inner peace you’ll feel in return. you can create more wealth than is needed for your personal comfort and security, and that you have an obligation to look at the surplus as a stewardship to be used to help other people
