  • Independent User Experience We hired top US Human Factors consultancy, HFI (one of the largest and longest established human factors consultancies in the world) We asked them benchmark our Job Board platform against two of our competitors. They applied an industry standard ‘Expert Evaluation’ method, which measured the usability and general quality of the job-seeker experience HFI told us it had to be completely objective if this report was going to be published with their logo on it. There were no guarantees we’d be reflected well.
