  • The flow we’re trying to createOr if we’re not, we should be.So there’s a huge disconnect here that is making meetings less useful for our participants, therefore more vulnerable whenever budgets begin to go south.

We need to learn more as an industry about which formats work best for different audiences and different types of content, but it’s clear that our toolkit has to include the full mix of possibilities.
