Undergraduate Philosophy
Current Philosophy
• All students have a right to individualized studentcentered learning.
• Lessons are interactive and engaging to increase
impact on student learning.
• Assessments are valid and reliable to class objectives.
• Students are exposed to 21st century learning
technologies to become career and college ready.
• Classroom norms are implemented in all five areas of
instructional design (learners, content, method,
technologies and environment)
