  4. 4. A professional, in the present day context, is theone - academically qualified, technically sound,consistent in excelling in his areas of expertise &meeting the objectives as well as adding value towhatever he/she is doing.
  5. 5.  Project Failure Successful Project will be done in long time period The significant cost overruns. Projects were unmanageable and code difficult to maintain Developers interpret requirements incorrectly and fail to implement all requirements
