  • 3. Our corporate mission: Earlier in your time with us, you no doubt read this mission statement. ( Trainer’s note: you may need to clarify this is the corporate mission statement as opposed to the fraternal mission statement they saw at the beginning of this session.) Here is what we said our purpose is, “…………………………” For me, this is a powerful mission statement and it does take me beyond myself. This mission calls us to improve the lives of those we serve. It’s not just a job. Our commitment is to provide unparalleled solutions . And we concern ourselves with the whole person by addressing not just their financial security needs, but also their wellness needs and their need to care for and to be of service to one another. Given our mission statement, member/market data, and regulatory and political concerns, I now want to share with you the six key fraternal strategies.
