Luncheon keynote delivered at the Oklahoma Governor's Conference on Tourism, Tulsa OK, on Oct 19, 2009, about the power of social media and the social Web - it enables any destination to play in the big time. I told stories and gave examples for three places: Hutchinson, Kansas, the state of Iowa, and the City of Round Rock, Texas.
