Business Models • Client provides their own infrastructure facilities, either leased or owned MANAGEMENT • The premise is completly furnished and managed by Siesta on the basis of service level agreements CONTRACTS with clients • Fixed fee arrangement between the client and Siesta • Rooms inventory analysis is done based on the clients usage patterns and business spends. • Average Steady state of room inventory requirement is derived from the above need analysis in terms of specific locations. SIESTA CORPORATE • The client provides the estimated cost and the desired set of amenities. RESIDENCES • The cost plus financial model is applied to arrive at a fixed cost per month. • Corporate residence are dedicated for the particular client and a lock in commensurate to the amortization period is signed up for with the client and back to back with the property lessor. • Cycle times for the project completion is 10 -12 days. • In the proximity to business houses, furnished corporate residences / serviced apartments are being set up with the standardized amenities.
