  2. 2. Problem The smartphone has become the primary device used by 1/3 of all Americans. These devices are entirely wireless in terms of syncing data, connecting to data networks, and communications. The issue is battery life. Everyone is always looking to find a power outlet to recharge their devices. Zeus sets out to eliminate this issue by providing products and a service to combat against devices with low battery.

  4. 4. Purpose 1. To provide existing phones with the ability to wirelessly charge 2. Offer a wireless charging solutions to public facilities 3. Create home products for everyday use
  5. 5. Goals Short Term: Create a low-cost wireless charging solution for consumer use that creates market penetration into our advertising/charging station revenue stream. Mid Term: Outfit major public hubs with wireless infrastructure and offer new revenue streams to those hubs Long Term: Kill the charging cable.
  6. 6. Potential Revenue Streams ● Consumer Products ○ Handset Units ○ Home Charging Pads ● Commercial Products ○ Charging Stations ● Advertising Revenue ○ Revenue from patrons using free charging services in hubs
  7. 7. ● Qi is the standard created by the Wireless Power Consortium (WPC) ● WPC has more than 100 members including Samsung, LG, HTC, Motorola, etc. ● Qi's objective is to standardize wireless charging so that all phones are compatible with any charging station built by any manufacturer
